"Motivation" is a song performed by American recording artist Kelly Rowland, taken from her upcoming third studio album, Here I Am (2011). The song was written by Rico Love, Daniel Morris Lil Wayne and Jim Jonsin, who also produced the song. The R&B slow-jam also features a guest vocal performance from American rapper Lil Wayne, and serves as the lead single from Here I Am. Upon release critics gave the song generally favorable reviews, citing the sexiness of the song and praising Lil Wayne's rap verse.

Despite what he does behind the scenes, when he’s on stage, Chris Brown still lays down R&B better than most. His new song, ‘She Ain’t You,’ proves just that. From his new album, ‘F.A.M.E.,’ the track samples Michael Jackson’s 1983 ‘Thriller’ track, ‘Human Nature.’ Like the title intends, ‘She Ain’t You’ comes from the perspective of a guy who misses his old girl when he’s with his new one, but is afraid he may have lost her for good.
