2Racks Rap Contest hits Orlando on Feb 4, 2012 and is reaching out to potential partners and potential contestants to get involved. We have a few slots for hiphop artists to compete and are looking for a few more partners.
Presented by Inhouse Talent and hosted by socio-political Rap Artist, Activist and Entrepreneur Sellassie, The 2Racks Rap Contest is a five-round, tournament-style, single-elimination original song contest where the top upcoming artists perform live on stage competing for a $2000 cash prize. The show hit LA, NY, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, Orlando, Berkeley and Pasadena this past year. It’s partnered with Reverb nation, Fusicology, the Hip Hop Congress and several local and regional promo companies, radio stations, studios and organizations. And it’s booked hundreds of talented and emerging hiphop artists from across the country that have performed in front of industry and celebrity judges ranging from music supervisors, radio station music directors, on-air personalities, producers and artists. 2Racks Rap Contest is innovative, trendsetting, original and successful at packing clubs for new artists with original music.
